There's a different level of expertise and this time I decided to do something quite different. So I worked hard just to find the message that could work for people from different strengths categories, but this is different. That was a multi-hours progress programme that was built as a master class around advisors and students, where I could talk to them and it creates an atmosphere of teachers and experts, you know, telling you what to do, what not to do, how to evaluate the position.
